Just Inklined Poppies and 2 washed and clipped poodles

Spent hours washing ,clipping and removing a tooth of my 2 poodles Alfie and Hudson. They look lovely, smell gorgeous and I save alot of money by doing it myself, but it's not my favourite job, it makes your backache and your hand tingle. Sam was in a nice mood today and helped me with the grooming.

I've took a picture of them, not very good because ,Hudson the brown one , doesn't like to be photographed  and goes all scared.

I love poppies,in real life and in cards, this beautiful poppies image was on my new just inklined cd. I've coloured the image with promarkers, must say it was a joy to colour. The paper ,don't you think it's fab and a perfect match! is from a making cards special edition mag, say it with flowers. I've kept the card really simple, black matt, Marianne diecut and 2 poppies from wild orchid plus a craftwork card sentiment.

challenges entered:
The squirel and the fox : anything goes
dream valley : anything goes
pan pastel :red and green

enjoy the rest of the weekend, and stay warm if your in the cold Uk, dogs will need their coats on after their clipping.

I think you know if how much I love poppies Jane so all I can really say is absolutely gorgeous.

Well done you and shampooing and clipping the poodles, I had full intentions of doing the same to Poppy this weekend but the only one who got really wet was me.

So I gave up and made an appointment for her to have it done next week, she's only seven months old and a bit too active for me. But her fur is so long on her legs she gets drenched every time she goes outside so needs sorting.

Your papers are a perfect match Jane, this card is just so glorious! How cute are your super clean doggies. Squirt got a bath last week, not too messy as he's got used to it now and I do it myself too:0

That bp and the poppy image were made for each other - fabulous colouring of the image Jane.
I used to clip my toy poodle too (over thirty years ago now) not sure he ever looked as good as your two though.

Hi Jane

A fabulous poppy card. Love it very much!

Well done on the personal poodle parlour picture. You are a natural at this I am sure. I think you could set up your own business here (if you could stand the tingly fingers and the backache!!! - oh .. .. it doesn't sound such a good idea now ).

Love Jules xx
