Art Deco Molly from the Tattered Lace Art Deco Ladies with Free Elements Multibuy and CD ROM

Morning crafting friends , bit colder today and so dull , least my card has a bit of sparkle though .

I've used Tattered Lace Art Deco Molly ,telephone and table and a hallway back ground from the Art Deco cd with the set. I've coloured with promarkers . The dress is cut from shinny foiled card and the scarf and hairband are cut from Xcut adhesive green glitter sheets . The musical note sticker I got from a stamp fair .The sentiment is computer generated .

Lawn Fawn Easter Bunnies

Happy Mothers Day to all the Mum's . Hope you've had a nice treat , I've had flowers a metal picture and a lovely badger cushion . I'm cooking dinner this evening for my Mother and Father in law .

My little Easter cards feature the oh so cute Lawn Fawn "eggstsa special Easter " stamp set and dies . I've used Lawn Fawn grass die, and spring showers dies on one card .The striped card I got from a stamp show ( I'm never without striped or dotty card ).
I've coloured with promarkers .

Tattered Lace Art Deco Ladies Pick of the week

Anyone who reads my blog will know I love Art Deco and Tattered Lace . I have several dies from the other collections. I saw this when it was launched on CCtv and loved it . I was very lucky that my Husband agreed to buy it for our 30th Wedding Anniversary , that is on the 4th April .

Here are 2 cards made using some of the dies . Such fun to play with .

I'm taking my Mum out to Lunch today , early Mothers Day treat for the two of us .

Penny Black Sunny Days

Well another bright and sunny card , pity the weather hasn't stayed that way .

I used Penny Black clear stamp set Sunny Days . Coloured with pro markers .

The bp is first edition Sail away . 

Dies used Sue Wilson double pierce squares , Lawn Fawn Spring showers (just used clouds and sun).

You can't see in the photo , I'm not the best at photography , but I've used Anita's clear 3D gloss on the waves .

Build a bike

What a lovely day today , sun shinning and warm for a change . I've been to the hairdressers , colour and blow dry , I always feel better when my hair looks nice.
I decided to make some male cards , my stack of female cards is huge , but the men's ones are lacking . This is the first of many , I hope .
I've used a die that I got as a fee gift with a card mag, simply cards and papercraft, awhile back , it is a build a bike die and stamp set . It looks quite girly but if you par it down I think it passes for a man's bike . The bp (like a map) is from a do crafts 12x12 pad called Mr Mister . I used my ever fab and much used Sue Wilson double pierced square dies .

Penny Black Bountiful

Good afternoon crafting friends , very dull here , the opposite to my bright card , one of my fav PB stamps , Bountiful. I've coloured with promarkers and add a touch of whit gel pen . BP is by first edition . The glitter card and padded orange gingham heart ,old stash. The with love die-cut is from a tattered lace set .

well it's been a mixed week for me , my hubby has been off on holiday from work , so it's been nice spending time with him , but I've had the dentist (big filling ) and doctors, for my on going troubles,  still in pain and frustrating not to be able to do the things I used to do . On the bright side , I can still craft and enjoy the lovely Spring flowers appearing all over .

Another rabbit card

I've made this for my son to give his Grandad , nice to make a Spring card for a Spring Birthday . It must be the time of year for seeing rabbits , we saw 3 on our walk on Sunday , two chased each other through the church graveyard , it was lovely to watch them .
This lovely rabbit image is by the artist Jayne Netley Mayhew, from the collection part 2 cd rom .
The bp is by first edition , I've inked the edges with wild honey distress ink from Tim Holtz .
The sentiment is from craftwork cards .
The die cuts are all Joanna Sheen signature flower dies , The purple flowers are a woodware punch .

A cute little Easter card

Morning crafting friends , sun is shinning here , it actually feels like Spring , it rained all day yesterday . This little Easter card is one of a few I'll be making and sending . Just a little 12x12 cm white card .
The image is from Jayne Netley Mayhew , the digi stamp cd rom from Joanna Sheen . I've coloured the image with pro markers . The green checked bp is printed from the cd . I've die cut with good old Spellbinders nesties and added a cute carrot button I bought at a craft show .
The sentiment was stamped on to a do craft die . All very simple , but I think it works .

Tattered Lace magazine subscription dies

Over a week since my last post , I have made cards , just not blogged them yet . What a storm on Thursday , it was mad here on the Wirral , 8 big trees down on the golf course , the dog walking track is still blocked .
I never really plan a card , it just sort of comes together , so as I cut and arranged my die cuts , I thought I would place Dolly to look as if she is gazing out of a balcony.
Dies used : Tattered lace dies with the yearly magazine subscription , Dolly , Arches , and ivy branches .
Tattered lace sentiment , The iron rail effect uses a crafters companion die , classic edge from the Downton Abbey collection , trimmed to size. The bp is First Edition J'Adore and the gorgeous metal flower was from my local craft shop , sadly not there any more.

well last night the filling in my back tooth came out , it's a big hole , feels massive and my tongue can't leave it alone , my dental appointments not till next Wednesday ...lucky there's no pain ....yet!
